Liberal asshole from BBC Earth tries to make a case for why monogamy isn't "natural". His argument uses the fact that from an evolutionary standpoint, the only reason gorillas pair-bond is that it keeps other males from killing the children. The implication is that since infanticide isn't an issue in society today that we should accept polyamory as the norm.
I think his evidence makes a more convincing argument that the children of single mothers should be slaughtered. If I knew I could rid women of their baggage when we begin mating I'd actually consider dating them.
I wonder what religion this Josh Gabbatiss is a member of..

The goal of human life is to thrive, not just survive. Nuclear families provide the best conditions for raising children hands down. No idea why people hate this so much.

Monogamy isn't that old in humans, but it certainly works. Anything but monogamy wouldn't really work today though as we are no longer smaller tribes that can look after each others' children.
>Muh appeal to nature
>Rape
Well its clear that a man isn't going to try dying for his country unless he has a woman at his back so it was that which led to 1 wife per bloke

>Gabbatas
Gabbatha (Aramaic גבתא) is the Aramaic name of a place in Jerusalem, that is also referred to ... The name "Gabbatha" is certainly an Aramaic word, for by "Hebrew" St. John, like other New Testament writers, denotes the Aramaic language ...
I assume he thinks that polyamory is a better choice.
