Because it is horribly skewed, western countries are required to transfer money and technology to "help 2nd and 3rd world countries combat Climate Change". At the same time western companies have to buy emission certificates from above mentioned countries to be able to emmit more. The UN is the mechanism behind this, so essentially this is being used to build up the UN as our future world government while at the same time redistributing western wealth into the whole wide world.
