The reason I said this is because Trump vodka was only sold by limited distribution in New York for a very short period of time. For some odd reason a lot of businesses like to test the "American waters" in the Hudson Valley region if New York. Trump vodka was only available in Manhattan through empire merchants North for a few months.

I used to pound McCormick and its 80 proof vodka for $13/handle. Nasty, nasty stuff.
Everclear is cheap too and 190 proof. If you want cheap dark liqour, Canadian mist is almost somewhat drinkable. Muh harder to find a cheap whiskey I can stomach than a cheap vodka/run/gin, though.
If you're willing to go slightly more expensive but still pretty affordable, Costco has some surprisingly good spirits for $20-$25 a handle (store brand, the name of the brand is called "Kirkland's"). Their beer is even worse than Natty though, so beware.
