I speak the language of where my family immigrated to. My grandmothers family was in a Polish camp in Siberia for a few years until they moved to Africa for a few years, then they hung out in England for a long time until they came to the states before my dad was born. I don't know Polish, but I'd like to pick it up someday.
My other side of the family came from Germany around ww2. There's a picture up somewhere of my entire grandfather's family of women dressed in black dresses with swastika necklaces. I don't know where it went though. I only speak english tho
Irish/Highland Scot mix here. Conquerors. Recent ancestors spoke Gaelic.
