I don't know if it's possible in Sweden but in the US you can apply for federal funds (grants that you don't have to pay back) to start up a new farms, I'm pretty sure you guys have something similar.

I'd be happy to try and live off the land in terms of hunting for food and perhaps gathering wood for heating but that won't pay for land taxes and such which (in Alaska anyway) are pretty damn high.
