Probably people of Europe vs EU governments who are backed by refugee and migrants.
It wont be so much a battle between nations but a battle FOR nations. No standing armies coming to meet for organized fighting, but instead street by street wars where people fight for the cities and towns.
Russia doesnt help much but makes sure EU doesnt touch the East.
Saudi government secretly funds refugees to kill Europeans.
USA comes in to save the day once again.
Results: EU destroyed. Western European nations devestated. Eastern Europeans rise to better power. Russia and US act as partners to help Europe rebuild.
The tension for the next big religious war builds up after this. The West will want revenge against Muslims and put the blame on them for nearly destroying German, and British culture. Some European countries never recover (France/Sweden).
Europe becomes aggressive again, and will gear towards expansive policies.
