And when I finally sober up my hangovers last for days. My back hurts and my heart skips constantly. And then by the end of the week I somehow completely forget how bad it is and I do it all again the following Saturday.

I'm lucky that I usually only drink on the weekends. Sometimes I'll have some beer during the week (by that I mean 4-5 in an evening). My big problem is my friend I hang out with on Saturday drinks too and I can't figure out how to tell him I need to stop but still want to hang out with him. It's my problem, not his.
