Conservatives and libertarians usually like to argue that big cities in the US with socialistic policies also have mounting crime, violence, and poverty.
However, they fail to explain why some of the most liberal areas in the country (such as Washington state, Oregon, or places in the Northeast) have so little dysfunction by comparison.
Why does socialism cause 50% literacy rates in Detroit, but a safe, prosperous, economic powerhouse in Oregon? Why is that?
Why does socialism lead to widespread poverty, malnutrition, and authoritarianism in South America, but in Sweden, Denmark and Germany it does just fine?
The difference is demographics.

He regulated that capitalism and called it "national socialism" to appeal to those who were already conditioned to like the word socialism at the time. Its extremely right wing nationalism/regulated capitalism reserved only for the german volk and included a social hierarchy which put the people who did the most good in the community at the top, and were even paid for their good services.

I'd say its "soft socialism". Its not even socialism when you consider the definition of "worker ownership of factors of production". Those regions you mention don't do completely retarded things that have failed countless times like price controls. Its also much easier to start a business in Sweden than in shithole Venezuela.

Hitler understood the racial dimension for wealth and economies.
An ethno-nationalist state is kind of like "tribe". Everyone is closely related in the gene pool. Everyone is loosly related. Thus everyone is each other's brother in the social order. You care about your fellow man because he is also a German (in the racial sense).
Thus you can take care of everybody. You're not going to diminish the productivity of the society all that much if you take care of the lower elements by helping them out. In fact, there are social benefits, such as lower crime, no bodies in the street, a relatively well educated population-at-large who can read and do basic math.....etc.
However, as I'm sure Hitler would acknowledge, this type of system will have dysgenic effects. Your lower elements are going to start breeding and hampering the gene pool. This will have real long term negatives for the wealth, happiness, and future of the social order.
Thus the state can step in and provide sensible eugenics policies. For example, encouraging fertility between high-functioning people (people in college, careers...etc). Discourage fertility in criminals and the lower elements of society.
In the long term, this can have tremendous economic benefits for the entire society. Raising the median IQ of your society by even 1 point could be the difference between Poland and Germany in terms of wealth.
