Sexual assault/rape is incredibly difficult to prove as it is. Adding decades of time into the process just makes it next to impossible. This is idiotic, and all it accomplishes is to incriminate people in the court of public opinion which is probably their objective anyways.

For example, in my city (milwaukee) all the niglets can get bussed out to white suburb schools.

The statute of limitations varies widely by state. Mine has none for 1st degree sexual assault, but for instance if you fuck a kid and the kid doesn't press charges before he turns 45, you can't be prosecuted. This is all thrown out the window though if there is DNA evidence that can incriminate you.
In Arkansas the limitation is 6 years, 5 in connecticut , Idaho has none... it varies quite widely and depends if it was a kid, what kind of rape it was, if force was used, the presence of DNA evidence... Look it up
