By the way, i also was tought Islam in my school. It was the Lesson of Bashkir culture, there we learned about The Five Pillars of Islam and other stuff, but it didn't convert me or my classmates into islam. It was a boring stuff, formality to save local muslim culture from extinction and to teach kids to understand muslims who are around here.

Isn't the school system fucking secular? I mean I live in a shithole, and even then we never had a single religious class at our school at any given point. The only schools that were allowed to have "extra" curricular religious classes where the religious schools.
