Syndicalism is what you want and the first step is free market libertarian capitalism with a priority for small business. Interestingly, syndicalism can also be seen as a stepping stone to natural socialism but with the acception that such a thing is thousands of years away.
Syndicalism means microbusinesses and start-ups everywhere, it means job vacancies instead of unemployment, it means extreme company competition rather than extreme worker competition. It is the ideology for the guy who just wants to excel at what he's best at and not waste years of his life applying for jobs.
