Lifting is a waste of time, I get plenty of puss-puss just from being lean. Cardio is the only thing that matters. Muscles stop being practical beyond military and manual labor purposes. But I'm not in the military, nor am I in a blue-collar job. While it is true that just having muscle will burn fat over periods of time, I'd rather just run.

When the race war does happen, if it does happen, I'm lucky to be alive in the post-modern era where I am able to utilize different sorts of weapons. There is a reason guns were/are called equalizers.

Ironically, I remember the one guy who did this and got a lot of views on youtube was the pornstar Johnny Sins (the bald Mr Clean looking guy).

As for lifting weights and gaining size, it's almost not even worth it unless you take drugs or are young and genetically-gifted. A complete inefficient waste of time otherwise.

I'm kinda in the same spot. I hear milk is supposed to be good for extra calories. 2 gallons is like 2k calories or something really crazy. Plus it's not super expensive so it's relatively cheap to really load up on.

Besides that, you want food with a lot of fat because it has more calories and is more dense. Olive oil is pretty tasty and has 119 calories per tablespoon. Just throw a tablespoon in with your protein shake and it adds up. Nuts are also really good, because you can just snack on them all day. I'm not sure how many calories are in something cheap like peanuts, but it's the same thing. Just try to snack on little things all day.

I hear drinking all that milk can give you bad shits though, but anything for gains I guess.

Not entirely true. If you eat a healthy diet, and use a lot of coconut oil, you can get it to tighten up some. Throw on 15lbs of muscle, and keep a HEALTHY amount of body fat, and you'll be able to have a decent physique.

That said, if you try to go from 500lbs to 140, yeah, you're out of luck. But you can lose 50lbs or so, and not be saggy. Just takes some time.

I am anon. 131.5 lbs lost since January 4th. Sober and weed free from that day as well. Gym every other day for weights, 5.25 mile hike in the mountains on non-gym days. 9.25 mile hike every 6 days, which fitbit says is the equivalent height of going up 185 stories. 2 eggs 2 strips bacon for breakfast. 170g broccoli and 85g of meat for lunch. 80 cals of cheese and 100g of meat for dinner.

If it did become a battle between fattie fedorables with their tacticool collections and the fit, I know which one will do better in the military marching, digging entrenchments and all the logistical effort that actually makes the fighting possible.
