There is nothing negative about the phrase "social justice warrior". But it's used it in sarcastic and mocking tone. So whenever some smug Youtube faggot gets on and talks about "I don't even know why they think it's an insult, isn't it good to fight for social justice?" I just shake my head.

Because SJWs don't have the self-awareness to understand that they are advocating for an oppressive system that's just as "bad" as the system they're fighting against.
One good example (out of many) is the so-called "affirmative action". SJWs don't have the self-awareness to realize that it's simply reverse discrimination. SJWs have no problem with a society where people are discriminated against based for being white and/or male. Thus, they take an oppressive and authoritarian approach toward the issue.
All of their arguments can be easily turned against themselves, but they don't have the awareness or the intellectual capability to understand that fact. Hence, it's a movement devoid of any intellectual principles. According to SJWs, the end justifies the means -- period. As long as you achieve the goal (for example, black reparations), then you can use any means you want to accomplish it. That's reprehensible to people like me who have principles and morals.
And, actually, it's not just "meninists" who think this way. A lot of people who agree with progressive ideas are absolutely repelled by the SJW garbage that's polluting the progressive movement. I live in San Francisco, and a lot of people I know are basically "progressive" (like for example they are in favor of same-sex marriage because of freedom and liberty), but I can tell they are very uncomfortable with a lot of this new SJW/feminist stuff that infiltrates the progressive movement and rots it out from within.
