You made the right choice, my road is in much better shape. Now, about that $10 toll, it has to be paid upon entering the road AND exiting it. Also, a congestion fee will be charged if for whatever reason you are unable to leave my road and enter the next privately owned one, such as being unable to pay their toll or their road being out. This congestion fee will be levied at a price according to your vehicle class. Large trucks will pay a $100 fee, whereas small compact vehicles can be as low as $25.
You won't find a better road deal anywhere within 5 miles.
