It's cheaper to keep paying people nothing to barely live because fuck livlihoods when you can make profit, until automation is cheaper and more efficient there will be no change, and these bougie ass companies don't care about advancing their machinery when they can continue subjugating the poor. Let someone else (the Government) take the brunt of the revolutionising innovative leap, or put in laws forcing them too.
