In a way, yes. 4chan's reputation isn't built on anything evil this place has done. It's built on the fact that it likes to fuck with things that are considered untouchable by mainstream society. So, if you value free speech, is absolutely a force for good.

/pol/ has taken the role /b/ used to have, but with a political tone and without all the random shitposting. We generate most of the memes and the press this site receives, for better or worse.
