There are multiple problems with this.
First off, the personality type attrition rate is 40% within 6 months, even when performed in the most comprehensive testing environment (i.e. "official MBTI"). This throws immediately into doubt how we can validly link X to Y, when X is shifting.
Secondarily, even if we assume types as true, the types confound with each other. You actually have a stronger association between introversion and extroversion than when using the 16 types. If you throw away all the types and only use I/E, you have a better predictor of income. This is actually reflected in the Big 5 Personality traits which does have scientific validation.
Also, be wary about associations. When you have 16 types, even if the determinants are arbitrary, there would likely be a group that has higher and lower results by any given metric simply based on randomness. It is actually impossible to judge if your numbers are meaningful without knowing the representativeness and sample sizes.

I/E are actually validated areas. The rest are effectively made up. How can one rigorously define sensing vs. intuition in a way that is not only repeatable, but also shows the ability to make determinations? You can't, because there is no rigorous method to determine arbitrary measures.
That said, MBTI is simply a methodological monstrosity. You are trying to make 16 separate personality types based on 4 SPECTRUMS. Holy shit, what were they thinking?
Let's say that a test scores 1-50 is N, 51-100 S etc.. You could conceivably have INTJs sharing the same personality type with another person who is 200 points apart. You could also have people who are considered the complete opposite type ESFP who are 4 points apart in scoring from an INTJ.
You can't apply static types to a spectrum. This is also why MBTI has been discredited since the early 90's. Most of the people in this thread were probably born after MBTI was already considered dead research. Likewise, there have't been findings that meet any rigorous peer-reviewed standard since before the turn of century.
I/O only keeps it up because most of their "work dynamic" shit has not panned out, and this is one of the few ways they can keep up with there inflated salaries.
