reminder:

The Commission differs from the other institutions in that it alone has legislative initiative in the EU. Only the Commission can make formal proposals for legislation: they cannot originate in the legislative branches. Under the Treaty of Lisbon, no legislative act is allowed in the field of the Common Foreign and Security Policy. In the other fields the Council and Parliament are able to request legislation; in most cases the Commission initiates the basis of these proposals. This monopoly is designed to ensure coordinated and coherent drafting of EU law.

proof commission has supreme legislative power in the eu

>source:https://web.archive.org/web/20071025203706/http://register.consilium.europa.eu/pdf/en/02/cv00/00230en2.pdf

The Commission is composed of a college of "Commissioners" of 28 members, including the President and vice-presidents. Even though each member is appointed by a national government, one per state, they do not represent their state in the Commission.

proof the commission is not elected as they do not represent the state from which they originate ie. the government/people who elected/chose them

>source:http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00f6hbp

democracy- government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system.

>source:http://www.dictionary.com/browse/democracy?s=t

from this we know conclusively that the eu is undemocratic as SUPREME legislative power lies with an unelected body, directly contradictory to the definition of democracy
>>
>>74592973
If in doubt register again anyway, it won't hurt. You can do it online. They changed the system last year and a lot of people were kicked off the register without knowing it.

The good part is, most of the people affected were young people of uni age who would probably vote remain like the cucks they are.

Is that speerchucka on the left? Fuck opening the video to find out.

I was going to vote to remain, don't have a problem with polish people coming over or even the laws (besides not letting us deport mussies who break the law, but we'll still be unable to do that if we leave). My only issue was Turkey potentially joining, but the eastern euros wouldn't let that happen.

It's not even the euroskeptic's arguments that are persuading me to vote to leave, it's the chucklefucks who are trying to talk me into voting to stay that are turning me off massively.

Im through with this bullshit.
I was at the pun half an hour ago and the topic of Europe came.

My friends know I really want to live and three of them have said tonight that me saying I want to leave and telling why it would be for the best has convinced them to vote to remain. They said they were leaning that way but I finally convinced them to go out and vote. These fucking faggots with their dyed hair are voting to destroy our country to spite me.

If this is whats happening around the country then we're fucked. These peoples votes are equal to ours and we know the true reasons to leave whilst these people know nothing.

We're going to remain, I know it. If Britain had the balls to leave we wouldnt have stood by and watched while our culture got chewed up and spat out throughout the last two decades.

See the post below

>>74601674
It cannot tie at 40%. Its a 50/50 split. Also there is a picture out there of all EU related votes from countries across the EU and whenever a vote has been 55/45 in favour the EU its always gone through whereas if its the same not in favour then it is not allowed, like the Greek bailout. Requesting this picture if anyone has it.

>>
>>74604214
As much as I hate their political opinions I do consider them friends. They're all just immature enough and caught up enough in group mentality that whenever someone brings up leaving the EU they all love rolling their eyes and seeing who can act like the biggest contrarian moron. Trust me, these are the people that will bring down this country and they dont care. Wanting to leave the EU is edgy and stupid to them.

Most of tonight was them all talking about how they would kill Donald Trump. Whether or not you like him they clearly knew nothing about him or American politics in general and it was just a pointless conversation where they could all jerk off on how liberal they are. I know they shouldnt be my friends but beggars cant be choosers and when they're not on politics they're genuinely nice people. Thats what makes it so frustrating. They're not idiots but christ they're fucking idiots.
