Poland and Germany(technically) have historical grievances over that land, Poland occupied West Prussia for a little while before Prussia was any serious thing and the Teutonic Order crusaded over a lot of shit killing and converting until Poland kicked their asses which formed Prussia out of a seperatist. When Germany started blobbing out with unification Prussia joined in and became a part of it.
Poland didn't exist pre-WW1 due to Germans constantly stabbing them in the back in alliances with Russia and eating them, but after WW1 it did exist with pretty much exactly those borders.
Poland ceased to exist again post WW2 again since Germans are predictable but it always keeps coming back.
To be honest with you Poland deserves it more than Germany does. Germany is a shitty neighbor and no Prussia is not that important though yes, there are Prussians who probably all just associate as Poles now.
