Just stay away from mudslime and black areas, especially if you're visiting London, Paris and other large cities in western and northern Europe. If you're visiting Russia, stick to Moscow and St. Petersburg, but even outside of those two cities you're safe as long as you don't attract too much attention or get into fights. All European countries are completely safe except for maybe Kosovo.
