This guy saw corruption in the system. He tried to change it. When they blocked his attempts he decided to take them down. He made them look like fools. He was an honorable warrior only targeting his enemies while his pursuers shot at those they were trying to protect. In the end the PD played dirty and tried to smoke him out. Luckily he got away on his trusty steed. Dorner now roams the American southwest cleaning up any corruption that crosses his path.
