Americans are mostly German, English and Irish.
On average, Scandinavians are likely more homogeneous, but overall European dna is probably rather similar. The thing about Americans is they're often a mix of German, Irish, Greek, Iberian etc.
People from European countries are mostly just Danish, Irish, Czech, etc.
These are my DNA results, even with the 70% "British" I've got a lot of random other shit in there as you can see.
