There are plenty of conservative comedians, Doug Stanhope, Nick DiPaolo, they just don't get put on television or get good advertising because their views conflict with the majority of the people in the field. Even if you're a right wing guy in charge of booking talent, you'd recognize that to air a conservative comedian when your established audience is liberal would be a bad business decision.
It's a self propagating cycle. The current audience is liberal, they get liberal comedians, that makes the audience more liberal.

Norm MacDonald and Nick Dipaolo among others are straight up conservative. Norm is the best comic alive. His act wasn't too conservative but he was a guest on O'Reilly as well as guest hosting a radio show for a conservative comic friend, Dennis Miller, where he interviewed Coulter.
Colin Quinn is also awesome and conservative leaning. Check out Tough Crowd, his special Unconstitutional, and if you want to laugh for hours on end check him out on Opie and Anthony. He also wrote a book about race called the Coloring Book which is great and honest. Patrice O'Neal (Tough Crowd and OandA regular) was arguably the best ever and he got into constitutional conservatism before he died. His act was never political though.
A lot of comics are libertarian. Doug Stanhope, Joe Rogan and Bill Burr (although Bill isn't really a political comic although his act is red pilled on women. )
These guys are literally the best in the world imho and they hate liberals (after all political correctness effects comics a lot and it's a liberal disease.)
