Instill a currency that is backed by energy, whether it be oil, natural gas, manual labor, etc.
When the energy that it's pegged to becomes volatile, you repeg to a more stable commodity. Every nation requires energy, not currency.

I would advocate all nations do the same, based on their current production of energy. If their only source of energy is manual labor, they may peg their currency to the value of their manual labor. This allows them to compete in a global market.

Example: when oil was $100 a barrel, fraccing technology became extremely profitable.
When speculators start seeing dwindling oil supplies, they jump ship and invest in the next most profitable form of energy.

University admission will be extremely hard to gain. 5+ GPA (or a very rigorous exam taking multiple days if you wish to dispute your educational record, this also counts if you haven't graduated from High School) minimum. No exceptions. No women or minorities will be given any special treatment whatsoever.
The Military shall be almost completely separated from Government control. I don't want to see even a god damn lick of political correctness inside my military.
Places with extremely high crime rates will be dealt with by the National Guard. Expect APCs and Tanks inside Detroit. I do not care how many niggers have to go.
Universities shall be required to cease all degrees that do not have an actual effect on anything. No more degrees that exist just to teach people to gain new degrees.

In the US, student debt is one of the only forms of debt that cannot be relieved by declaring bankruptcy.
I would propose allowing only STEM graduates the option of declaring bankruptcy at set intervals after graduation. In this way you have a predictable and manageable market correction every few years or so, instead of a looming debt bundle that gets kicked down the road until 2008 happens again.
Even if they don't continue on in their fields of study and go back to learn feminist basics 101, they still have an in demand degree in STEM, debt free.
Education is extremely overpriced as it is. Freezing all payments and renogotiating debt based on the current market value would be of great benefit as well.

First, "reparation camps" for those who feel they are owed reparation for slavery/oppression.

Year round schooling, shorten the time for classes to 3.3 months to learn the subject, the last 2 months are vacation spread throughout year. Harsh penalties for disruptive behavior. Twice failure in normal classes is an automatic dismissal to special education until such a time as the students grades can reach a 3.5 unweighted gpa in classes a year beyond their current progression.
Separate various grades k-12 by unweighted GPA. Ranges are:

Below this is special education, in a separate facility with teachers who have a specialization in teaching them.
