The problem with the secular state is that it is not secular at all. They simply have replaced God with the state, secularism is fine and dandy but the problem that secular and atheistic countries have caused is that they did not smudge out religion they just replaced it. Government and the state have all costumed clowns following irrational beliefs that religions have only instead of being threatened with hell or being reincarnated into a lower class when you defy the god of the state you are subjected to violence an or theft. But if you are virtuous to the state you get welfare, benefits and tax cuts. It is until people on the left realize that they cannot replace God with the state that the secular state can truly form form.
