Not especially. They weren't allowed to join until 1813 (1946 in Germany, and still not at all in Scandinavia). Plus, most of the degrees are exclusive to Christians, whilst even those which aren't, are still disparaging to Jews.

You are new here I guess? The correction question would be: "why did all of europe hate the jews?". It wasn´t just Hitler, it was everywhere. Britain, France, Germany, Poland, Russia and so.... jews were hated everywhere.
Prior to WW1, they were actually very welcome in germany. But thanks to the balfourt declaration, where they stabbed germany in the back, they became hated. Also noted it the november revolution, starting in the last month of WW1, where communists (commies = jews) tried to overthrow the german government in 1919, losing and resulting in 1-2 million additional death at the end of the war. Then commie russia coming from the east in 1921 trying the defeat poland and moving on to germany (they lost against poland). They are sacrificed. Most of 1st levelers don't even know about existence of 2nd and more levels, they are told they are some sort of old outsider-seniors.
Once they get to the 2nd level they give an additional oath: about not giving away the existence and true purpose of this leveled carrier ladder to anyone.
