Obama has literally done nothing except the ACA, which has been a disaster and just got BTFO'd in court. The only good thing that's happened in his presidency was the re-opening of Cuba, but that hardly had anything to do with him.
With the ACA, racebaiting, making Hillary SOC, and abusing the powers of the justice department, he's done more harm than good.
Bush was an equally bad president, but he was lucky enough to be a wartime president, which he was okay at. He didn't really do anything, but he didn't do damage at least.
