Trump is saying that he will get the corporations back here (instead of outsourcing) so unskilled workers (many blacks) can get jobs and earn a living, rather than relying on handouts from the gubment
I don't blame blacks, they're victims of the jews who used them in a grant social experiment in destruction of their society at large.
