There's something people have to understand about "the black vote." You probably imagine some black guy getting in his car and driving to his polling precinct, parking, and going in to vote before he grabs some dinner or something, like white people do. That happens, but that is not "the black vote."
Here's how black people mostly vote: On Election Day, "community organizers" (read: professional communists and Democrat party operatives) go into black neighborhoods with buses they rented via government funding, and they go street by street loading these buses up with fat black ghetto queens and elderly niggers. Once on the buses, the community organizers will stand at the front and give speeches about the importance of the election, the evil of the Republicans, and how great the Democratic candidate is for their "communities," etc., as the bus makes its way to the polling precinct. The niggers will then shuffle off the bus as the community organizers hand them pamphlets (paid for by white taxpayers, of course) about how to vote. By law, they're not allowed to say things like "you must now go vote for Hillary" but they have ways to strongly suggest it without saying it, and they do.
The niggers pile into the polling precinct, vote Hillary, and then get back on the bus to go home.
This is how most blacks in America vote. It's a communal effort organized by Democrats for Democrats with heavy Democrat influence on the actual voters throughout the whole process.
