The job market is horrible because we have no industry. In some regions like Slavonija you either get a job in the public sector through nepotism or you immigrate to wash dishes in Germany.
Some industries are doing OK though. I'm a 3rd year CS student and I have paid internship opportunities in a few companies this summer.
