There's actually an official Holocaust testimonial site with tons and tons of testimonials. We had a Holocaust thread here a while ago where people dug through some of the more blatant stuff. Pic related is an example of something we found. Don't know the name of the site off the top of my head.
It's interesting from a sociological standpoint though, because we know that rumours about gas chambers were floating around in many of the camps, and Jews who survived often bear witness to seeing the chimneys. If you look at some video testimonial from Jews from the 70's a lot of them will tell you that "magically", water came from the shower heads -- not gas! Others bear witness to how their sisters or mothers magically came back from the showers after having survived a gassing, and similar stories. The stories even floated around in camps where gas chambers have never actually been claimed by professional historians.

I think it's pretty obvious that there was A LOT of contempt about Jews both after, during and before the war against Germany and Germans. We all know about the famous title from when Hitler got into power, "JUDEA DECLARES WAR ON GERMANY" -- the Jewish diaspora outside of Germany boycotted German services and products after Hitler got into power. Hitler and the NatSoc party had banned Jews from influential social positions (lawyers, doctors, journalists, book publishers, judges and so on), and Jewish capital was being seized to an extent leading up to 1939.
When Jews were taking during the war as a precautionary measure and put into Concentration camps, Jewish feelings towards the Germans obviously escalated even more. Hundreds of thousands of Jews were incarcerated, and if you understand Jewish psychology historically, Jews have always lived in a sort of cultural bubble that they are indeed the target of every non-Jew out there (this is largely the reason that Jews are considered scrupulous people among non-Jews, because they would lie and practice usury almost without remorse) -- therefore stories about gas chambers and wholesale genocide quickly spread among incarcerated Jews -- they were convinced they would be genocided. Since many, many Jews died in the concentration camps for various reasons, some were moved to other sections of Auschwitz and never reunited with their families (Auschwitz was huge), the genocide myth grew even stronger.
After the war, I'm sure ever Jew freed from the camp had an animosity against Germans hot as raging fire. Some of this rage is extremely blatant in many testimonials and books, where Nazis are portrayed as stupid brutes, often sexual in nature, of naked Jews carrying around SS officers on thrones, of masturbation machines which killed young boys, of bear pits, of Nazis forcing Jewish women to have sex with dogs -- cartoonish representations of unhinged evil. Only in the ~70's the gas chamber story became 'canon'.
