If we really believe in free market ideas, then the potential result is that nobody buys what he's selling, people actively refute it and provide counter-points that facilitate true open-minded debate, or his theory is accepter and people do buy his intellectual product.
You can't afford to censor this kind of rhetoric in a college because it will invariably lead to the suppression of ideas, and ideas must be allowed free expression.
That doesn't mean that he is free to express anything he wants without opening himself up to criticism, disagreement, or outright anger, but consider one of /pol/'s favorite people, Brother Dean, who goes to campuses and tells people that they deserve to be raped. You'll have to explain this better because if you mean that it informally segregates the apparently African descended student in the photo from his white peers, then I would still argue that it should be allowed. That student has freedom of association, freedom to say things in an academic context that may upset others and may make them say, "I don't want to associate with this person because of their views." That's unfortunate because I'm sure there's a debate to be had, but a student's history presentation does not promote any form of legal segreation, that's simply ludicrous.

Either you graduated before 2013, or lucked out with your school of choice, because censorship is an increasingly common theme, but highly selective in nature. Anti-white male hetero censorship has been getting worse every year since then.
Two years ago I had a month of my life turned on its head, nearly losing my job, because I showed a film that used the word "disgusting", contrasting personal feelings with legal prescription. One of the examples given was a male saying that while he personally felt disgust at the idea of two man having sex, he supports the legal rights of gay adults to do what they want, whether it be in regards to sexuality or marriage.
A student lost her damn mind and tried to pressure me into apologizing on the spot. To get class back on track, I told her I was sorry her feelings were hurt, and reminded her that the character in the film was pro-gay rights, that he was mature enough to separate his personal feelings with what he thought was morally just for society as a whole (as in, he was classically liberal in the sense of prioritizing the individual). That wasn't good enough for her, and before class was over she had already emailed the dean and started an internet campaign against me.
There is a fucking reason why it went from 25-30% conservative professors to way less than 5% in less than two decades, censorship. The erosion of intellectual openness and free speech is a serious issue across many campuses.
