The Bible says that it's an unnatural abomination that is purely the product of extreme sexual perversion. In the Old Testament it's punishable by death, and Paul explicitly condemns it in the New Testament. Also, even though Jesus didn't specifically address the issue, he DID explicitly say that marriage is between a man and a women where they "become one flesh".
