THEY KEEP ON PLAYING SAD SONGS ON THE RADIO

Yes, I'm sure the people that brought you Obama from fucking nowhere will let an old socialist Jew into the White House...

Can someone explain to me what Super Delegates are and why they're worth bonus points?
>>
>>73839404
If the old jew beats her on votes how bad will it hit her campaign that she won on "super delegaters"?
>>
>>73839614
She has already won on "super delegates" and we already know what "super delegates" are. Why the American people persist with this charade of an "election" is beyond me.
>>
>>73839605
"important" democrats that don't have to be voted for and can support whoever the fuck they want.
>>
>>73839720
What makes them so important? Are they just paid party members? Elected? Pillars of the community?
>>
>>73839614
He'll never beat her on votes. he only has 42-46%
>>
>>73839614
If sanders somehow wins pledged and the super delegates still stick with her it'll utterly cause a trump landslide, the berniebots will explode
>>
>>73839605
dont know where you got "bonus points" from but they're party officials and other important people who get to vote however they want at the convention instead of going by the results of a caucus/primary. they can switch their vote up to the last minute though (and many probably will if sanders somehow manages to close the gap)

not sure to be honest, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Democratic_Party_superdelegates,_2016
>>

Bernie Sanders is basically Don Quixote right?
>>
>>73839404
Superdelegates would put him over the top
>>
>>73840237
No, he's basically Michael Dukakis.
>>
>>73839404
How many does she need to secure the nomination?

That sounds good. Bring it on.
>>
>>73840237
No. He's basically Professor Pangloss.
>>
>>73840237
Nah. He doesn't believe his own line of shit. He is in it for the money. He is more Sancho Panza and his delusional supporters are Quixote.
>>
>>73839538
Commiefornia will fix that.
>>
>>73840237
no. he's basically doc brown
>>
>>73841325
Doc Brown is accomplished and smart
>>
>>73839605
>Can someone explain to me what Super Delegates
>Super Delegates
you mean privilege delegates.

they are there to even the playing field and since hillary is a white female she has less privilege than the white male which is bernie.

therefore, the privilege delegates go to hillary to even the playing field and make up for the millennia of oppression of women.
>>
>>73839605
They are above Delegates and can do what they want. They are Homo Superior
>>
>>73839783
Elected officials (all members of Congress, governors, some others to represent state legislators and local officials), some party administrators. Get to vote for whoever they want to.
>>
>>73841325
only if you are referring to the doc brown from the alternate1985 timeline that was sent to jail for being fucking crazy

now if you are referring to the awesome man who built a flying time machine out of a delorean and a flying time traveling train then sir fuck you

So much for the Democratic party being for the people and repubicans being corporate slaves.

Hopefully this election will show how crooked the game is and piss people off enough to enact change. Like Bernie losing to superdelegates and his followers voting Trump out of spite.

I just want to see him win 24 or 25 states but still lose.

All states are proportional, so he would need majority in each county or district.

Delegates pushing her over would just be the cherry on top.
