Nice digits, but Keynes' model is still a post-hoc justification for a cabal of bankers slowly killing everything.

Because I realize an intrusive, bloated, corrupt state is fertile ground for subversion by outside interests. Central banking, in particular, is poison, and most of the world takes it for granted. Government and bank interests are too heavily intertwined to disentangle, we need to cut away at anything we can imo.
>>73836445
But banking is a natural monopoly. Banks naturally bloat and start overreaching their power. The state is the only organisation with the power to actually stop that from happening.
>>73834330
but /pol/ is barely any of these things anymore
/pol/ isn;t one fucking person, it;s basically just as libertarian as it is facist at this point, /pol/ contains pretty much every right wing view point and some leftists fucking who wander in here from some of the other boards.
>>73836809
Then why doesn't it? Only North Korea and Iran exist outside the IMF's structure, as I recall.
Bernie voted with Rand to audit the Federal Reserve. Concerned socialists and libertarians both want it to happen. Not all societal efforts are made mutually exclusive by ideology.
And I need to remind everyone that libertarianism != automatic Ancapistan.

>Not all societal efforts are made mutually exclusive by ideology.
And not all problems can be fixed by deregulation
It's just a fact: unregulated banking leads to a handful of uberpowerful transnational banking networks that ruthlessly stamp down on start-ups and form cartels to rip-off the average consumer.
The reason why we already have that is because since the 80s both parties followed a neoliberal methodology which involved criminal levels of deregulation in the finance industry. Inevitably leading to the 2008 crash.
>>73837298
>Then why doesn't it?
You speak like a Molyneux viewer by saying "the state", "the patriarchy", "the man", etc.
This state, the US, slipped up in 1913 and its been downhill since then. In our age of information, what we need is a reboot of the banking system like back then, but this time it won't be so easy to sneak that.
Or we could "we are libertarians now" and let the barons of basket currencies do it the old fashion way. I argue the best alternative is to bust up the cartel and forbid private banking henceforth.
