The Greeks obviously, but they were systematically destroyed by the Romans.

The Greeks should have lost to the Persians, if Empire was inevitable, then the Persian model would've been the greatest of all.

The Greeks would've flourished withing the Persian system, whereas the Romans practically ethnically cleansed them.

You mean by glorifying anything Greek, using Greek mythology as their own and having their upper classes speak in Greek? A Greek tutor or slave was something any real Roman would have been extremely proud of - it was that sort of inferiority complex you see in Americans towards the English today. The US is quite obviously a lot stronger than the UK yet a huge chunk of Americans look up to them and think a British accent is the epitome of class.

The Romans collected religions, they practiced something similar to Comparative Dialectical Analysis, they did this with Persian and Celtic deities also.

The Romans were similar to the Hittites, the Hittites were known as the people with a 1000 gods.

Even Romans weren't superstitious enough to actually believe their origin stories were 100% true.
Our national myth says that we're descended from a demigod, and while it's a good story none of us legitimately believe it.
A huge chunk of Romans revered the Greeks even after they conquered them - there were those who claimed that Rome was better in every way, of course, but you can't deny that Romans imitated the Greeks at every turn, from law to mythology.

Assyrians and Babylonians were pretty based, yeah. Most ancient civilisations were glorious when compared to their modern counterparts, actually. But that may simply be because we over-romanticise anything ancient since they're only footnotes in history. A 30-year golden age gets translated into eternal glory by those living today.

In 500 years, people will be talking about Napoleon's French empire as the single greatest nation of our current modern times, even if it did fall fairly quickly.

It's well-documented that the Roman upper classes spoke Greek to each other in private as well, though. When you're talking about slavery in the Roman empire, then you have to realise that it was nothing like the slavery you've been taught was subjected to African-Americans. Slaves were essentially a part of your household - a very important part of it. They were well-treated and Romans who mistreated their slaves were stigmatised in society, much like people who shout at waiters are today.

The fact that Greeks were slaves doesn't say anything about them being considered lesser than Romans. Otherwise they wouldn't have allowed those slaves to grow and educate their children for them.

So "Romans had Greek slaves" is really not an argument.

This one was fought out.

There were commanders, planners and strategists on both sides.
Conclusion, by arms is all I am talking about.
It may have been only the conclusion for that day to which that conclusion was made.

The Greeks never idealised small ones or hate big dicks. They were just realistic with the portrayal of them in statues. The comic portrayals of big dick often either stems in Greek comedy from:

1. Being from theatre plays where they needed big-dick props if they wanted to make a dick-joke skit where the audience can actually see the prop (some performances, like the tragic play performances during Dionysia had audiences over 11,000, hence why actors wore large masks that portray the character's main essential altitude throughout the play).
2. The idea of a 2 foot + dick was just naturally funny to them because of the unrealistic multitude of it.

There's no clear evidence or inferences that implied they would scoff at someone with a 8 or 9 inch dick and think that they were disgusting or uncivilized as this meme implies they did. A lot of our knowledge of their views on dicks (aside from basic vase art, often from comedies and satyr plays) are from comedies and satyr plays. And the biggest contender in that is Aristophanic / Old Comedy -- which is actually very similar and crude as contemporary comedy with sex jokes than Shakespearian comedy.
