Theres two reasons why he has been so focused on alt right issues the past few month.

Since the 60s we have been force fed the bs idea that all cultures are equal. The reality is that certain values result in more productive and harmonious societies. If someone wants to come they will have to accept those values and integrate or be rejected.
Remember, there will be no PC in ancap/libertarian land. You can reject people simply on the grounds of being culturally incompatible. If a muslim wants to live in the libertarian utopia, they are going to have to find a job. Which means having skills. They will have to find somewhere to live, which mean being culturally compatible. They will have to learn the language because there wont be a state catering to their every whim.
People WANTING to come is not in itself a problem. In fact, thats a sign that your society is massively successful. The problem is when the successful culture changes to accomodate the unsuccessful one. A market oriented economy would never do this.
