I personally think that Israel has to have some connection with the refugees, but then again Turkey accepted around 2-5 (don't really know the real number but it's at least 2 million) million refugees already. There weren't any kurds among the refugees heading towards EU, in fact, many of the kurdish refugees that fled turkey were held in refugee camps in Iraq (Iraqi Kurdistan).
