You mean physically? Nope, I'm utterly useless at physical things.
The only physical things I've ever been good at is long-distance skiing and archery.
I make systems that do things. The only way I can craft is if I make a system that crafts things for me - conceivably I could build things if I had a flexible factory-like toolchain that solved the problems of "sorting mechanical actions" and "affecting physical action precisely" but otherwise no.
One could argue that imperative programming is all sorting mechanical action but if you mis-sort mechanical action in a program then that is an isolated thing. If you mis-sort mechanical action while building a house then you have twenty planks that are too short and boards that screwed in place before you put in the insulation. And furthermore you're sorting manual actions instead of a single checklist.

Unfortunately I suffer from a muscle disease that triggers cramp on sudden action. You can imagine how well this combines with firearms. Or hand grenades.
And my grandpa is a retired officer and ww2 veteran and from the perspectives I've had from him I think I would not make a very good staff officer either. It requires a strange sort of abstract version of the same qualities that makes one a handy person.

Well, it's what I'm good at. My sister "doodles" when she paints her landscape paintings.
