Idk, my father suffers from severe depression and the prozac seems to help him.
I myself am on lexapro for the third and final try. I get severe (to the point of crippling) anxiety and depression.
I've tried god, meetings (NA, AA), to no avail. Recently I've been seeing a behaviorial psychologist and he seems to be helping.
It boils down to people not wanting to talk about their feeelings.
