I am writing from one of the public computers are the central library, tomorrow morning I will leave for a location in Europe which will remain undisclosed.

There is still some dispute among you 'anons' over the existence of government agents on 4chan.org and other sites deemed to be 'of great interest or import' in regards to national security. I can confirm that there are actors monitoring websites at all times on behalf of the British and US governments. These actors are mostly employed by these governments independently but often collaborate (via the Office of Global Information and the Coalition Information Centres), however they have only on very rare occasions (only a handful of which I can recall) where active posting has been utilised in an effort to gather intelligence. Other agencies around the world have a more active presence on websites such as 4chan.org where (I am informed) that posting is more active with state actors being assigned to individual websites on a more intensive basis. The Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations (Mossad (and also Aman to a lesser degree)), The Brazilian Intelligence Agency, various Canadian agencies (CSIS, CSE, CISC and DND), India's Special Service Bureau, Japan's Cabinet Intelligence Research Office, Italy's Agency for External Information and Security, Spain's National Intelligence Centre, Germany's Bundesnachrichtendienst and France's (DGSE, DGSI, DCPJ and DPSD). These were all of the agencies which activities I personally am aware of although I can be fairly certain when speculating that other countries agencies will be active (i.e. Russia, China, N. Korea, Saudi Arabia).

The picture in the original post is of my passport with stamps showing me arriving and leaving an airport in Syria in 2013.

I am leaving an advisory role in the Joint Intelligence Committee in the UK after previously working for the National Domestic Extremism and Disorder Intelligence Unit.

I'm leaving in a few hours so ask any questions you may have and i'll do my best to answer them.
>>

In reality there is very little a layman can do to evade the gaze of government agencies.

There is very little chance of a war but almost a certain for at least one terrorist attack to be conducted in mainland Europe over the coming months.

It's very difficult to try and get ones head around the migrant situation, as someone who has worked for the higher echelons of British intelligence and as a senior government adviser, I can honestly say I am confident that the governments of Europe don't have enough foresight or organisation to have seen this catastrophe coming.

They might be in for a bit of surprise when the members of the public see them as inflammatory troll's and not the guardian's of queen and country they were supposed to be. They should just listen and remember they don't speak. That's what they get paid for. Remember when they used to do that? I do. They apparently do not. Unfit for purpose.

"The NSA can't properly monitor pictographs. Deep packet inspection can monitor text and sound with ease. But you still need a human eye to properly understand the context of a pictograph." - Aaron M.

So yeah, this might explain why they'd be interested in 4chan. Think about all the teams of historians and archaeologists it takes just to understand hyroglifics. They can pick up on images containing blood, guns, faces, nudity... but pictograms are to complex for prism to properly sort through. It's just way to random!

So that might explain why they'd be interested in image boards. Well that... and the gay pedos crap that shows up on the porn related boards.

If you've ever been to an airport in that part of the world you would know why this (if true) is unsurprising. We arrived at 4AM and there was nobody at the desks. One of the security staff opened the security desk, removed his beret, sat down and lit a cigarette. He then proceeded to stamp our passports without as much as glancing at the photos. It's understandable since he was aware we were an official party but the journey out of the country was much the same.

I've been on paid leave along with many of my colleagues for about 6 weeks now after an incident which occurred in the field.

I have very rarely came across some other intelligence workers on here, from US, UK and NATO.
It's very easy to tell who they are from their ability to know what you are talking about simply by saying something like "Berlin 12th March?"
Believe me, no intelligence officer is ever going to put any more information than that on 4chan, it's just not worth it.

How much information/communication is done on site such as this as covert means of getting into into the field?

I know of fake picture accounts that can be decrypted by agents in the field to give the next instruction. I wonder how many "robot posters" are also giving instructions if there are subtle changes.

Get a good long rifle please. And buy a nice sight. A rifle in a decent caliber should cost u about 1100 and a scope probably twice that. To even post that is asking to be made fun of for the sole reason that if you think any engagement against a government or police force will be in proximity that you can be effective with any of those is a joke my man. I have a 338 with a 2k dollar optic. My guns selection is much more limited because I'm poor but it's irrelevant. I have a. M1a for anything closer than that, and a 1911 for anything personal. They weren't on the deep web at the time. They were just online forums. This was several years ago. It was a lot of people complaining how they need to defend Islam from the far enemy then proceeded to use quranic verses. Any outreach to potential jihadis we were able to identify and give to the NSa for collection.

Nowadays, online communication has completely changed among the terror groups. Use of encryption, use of TOR, private messaging etc. AQ elements still use forums, but focus has been on ISIL who largely doesn't. ISIL Is the meme producer

We play both sides. It's a social experiment, but it's not my division.

Currently we are looking into social media operators. They used to be willing to work with us on things from time to time on benign non political topics to test propaganda influences however some of them have started their own agenda with political intent.

We are about to pull the plug on a big shot social media provider soon. They're also being probed for leaking information to foreign nations. Some technically our friends (Germany UK) and some not (China).

Oh and around here Israel is on the latter list, but it's not discussed openly.

Your concerns are legitimate, however we (DARPA at least) are not the perpetrators.

All intel is compartmentalized. So I can't speak for any other agencies.

The reason we have a social engineering division is because we've been made aware of a campaign against the western world's scope of morality.

10 Years ago this kind of department would have been laughed out of the room. 5 years ago it was bare bones. Now it's massive.

Biggest mistake was including private sector in research. (Hint: Google) It's a monster and rather frightening. We are trying to reign them in.

There is a rumor of some things becoming "nationalized" in order to cut off private sector access. It looks pretty solid so far.

My suggestion is support it if something pertaining to nationalization in regard to personal information comes up put forth by DARPA.

Otherwise I don't know because like I said we are compartmentalized.

People who keep up on these things should be able to connect the dots. I laid them out pretty plain to see.
>>
>>73644756
I want this to be true.
>>
>>73646445
It's funny because your compartmentalization is what kept you at your job so far.

All I can say is that the russian counterpart to what you've been doing has failed spectacularly precisely because they still cling to their monolithic governing structure for these projects (you should have seen some of the attempts, you yanks would laugh your eyes out at the inefficiency)
>>
>>73646445
Truly thanks Bro, during SG, I worked out it was the later attacking DARPA but had no idea why the fuck your tools would be doing some of the things they were. Also clicked the goog was balls deep as nearly everyone that were previously working with unis and your lot were now at goog. Almost a power play by them.

There's a fire burning. Good luck on the ethical shit, remember to ask why with the not so much.

Like another question I asked the britbong, regrets can happen if there's blowback or unexpected consequences.

>>
>>73647236
At this point it's almost funnier to just stay for the wacky orders from some 60 year old ex-KGB whose idea of the internet is at the level of a moldy banana than for the money.

If one of you ever saw some strange gibberish that nobody in your compartment could make sense of, I can guarantee you it was most likely another of the "deeply researched and well designed attempts".

The biggest threat to the world at the moment is China.

The scope of this threat would blow your mind.

No one in any of the sensitive divisions is foreign, 2nd 3rd gen or even a minority. It like that for a reason and that reason is "Reason"

It's a somber task I tell you.

There were some purposeful corporate interference with the Bush Cheney presidency. I'm talking top down orders that were bizarre and seemed to be more in the interest of big tech and big pharma.

Things changed after Obama was elected, but not because of Obama. But because during the transitional phase intel was allowed to reorganize management and protocols. Top down now gets filtered. Sometimes we listen sometimes we don't. But we get to make the final call on Nat Sec info. We defer to DHS and they back us up and shut the door on the corporate jew's nose.

This is why you see a lot of anti govt propaganda on media. Corporate elites are mad.

Actually it's Russia and the target is China.

Now before you get all spooked. FVEY works like a barter. You collect info and form a list of people you want info about. It goes to "market" and the other eyes "bid" on that info with other info.

The sharing of information is completely optional. untraded info accrues value over time for so long before becoming irrelevant and losing value. I suppose you could say it's a perishable commodity.

The system works really well.

Israels has been trying to get in since it's inception which was a huge red flag because it wasn't even informally disclosed until 3 years later. So we knew we had a few rats in our midst.

The 6 billion budget is from SECOM's federal branch. Every state has a SECOM and the budget to government ads and state owned companies ads is separated. >I've honestly been so suspicious of the fact that I see the EXACT SAME threads posted with the EXACT SAME picture almost everyday for weeks at a time on this board. Anyone else who lurks as much as I do probably notices this too but I just assumed some autist keeps his OP post copied somewhere and paste it everyday but now I'm wondering if it's used to slide threads?

I'm currently at work shitposting on taxpayer dime waiting for a report from someone literally down the hall and to the right.

I thought I was going to be hunting down terrorists, all I'm doing is hunting down memes.
