Somebody here mentioned that their nukes aren't a risk. The real risk is the amount of conventional artillery they have aimed at Seoul. If a war started they could turn the city into ruble long before the US carriers arrived.
I guess the us prefers to give man child Kim his yearly pay check to keep his autism on a leash than bothering with a war that'd cost then losing a 1st world ally in Asia from one week to the other.
