If you took every single Indian "programmer" out of an IDE, not a single one would be able to write a basic program.
On top of that, Indians have a terrible habit of being very literal with their code and failing to create elegant solutions.
One of the basic tests I use when hiring programmers is asking them to write a basic algorithm/sequence that converts base 10 to and from binary - every single Indian either imported a function (despite direct instructions not to), attempted to cheat by using online resources or just used a combination of nested if statements and case statements.
I have yet to see any of them think to include validation.
