Clinton doesn't need to pander to minorities (except Jews) but she needs the white guilt vote and Castro will get it for her. His complete lack of experience is irrelevant because she has it in droves. There is nothing she can do as far as VPs to win the rust belt.
Her best bet is racial division and calling Trump Hitler to get the white working class vote, but that's a losing strategy.
