This idea seemed appealing to me before Trump came on the scene and started unifying the fuck out of the country. Now it just seems like a way to make us a continent of nation states that are utterly ineffectual in the world. I'm big on State's rights, but without a Federal govt of SOME kind, we lose economic powerhouse status, military superpower status, etc.
Plus, part of the reasoning to do this is racial demographics. We're about to fix one of those, and the other won't be near as shitty without welfare propping up artificial birth rates and jobs replacing gangbanging. Shit's looking up tbhfam.
