This is not how it works.
Human rights are the absolute base value enshrined in the constitution of every European country. These constitutions were written way before EU started meddling in state business.
The problem therefore is not EU or EU courts - it is the constitutions of each state. Unless these are changed there is no legal basis in national law to deport settled immigrants.
Do not like it - either abolish HR clause from constitution or the rule of law - but do not shift the blame to EU. It is each individual state that has the problem, not supranational bodies.

Ok, I think you guys need a national ID law. That ID linked to a database would show if someone is illegal very easily. Employers which break this law, should be imprisoned, not just given a tap on the hand and a 300 bucks fine.

Even though Norway has been much better in deportations recently, because of a good Norwegian government, deportations even for Norway are hard to do.
