As a species? Absolutely not.
As humans? Definitely.
Niggers and mudskins aren't human, as they lack the mental qualities of Europeans and Asians.
In order for humanity to take the stars, it's birthright, the world must be united under a singular state, with all the energies of the civilized world poured into this grand mission.
The lesser races must be held to our standards as well; if some pass, then they are welcome to join us, perhaps they will eventually fully integrate with civilized humanity.
The vast majority that fail, however, will be doomed to live out the rest of their lives in whatever backwater plot of dirt we give them; a more humane thing to do would be to simply sterilize them.
Of course, the same standards would apply to whites and Asians and the other races, of course; it would be good for us to weed out our lesser kin while we are filtering the world's population as a whole.
This also requires that we adopt a political system more robust than monarchy or other such despotic methods, but less emphatic to the plebe's emotions like democracy or republicanism.
