I think the best tactic is to simply attack bernouts. Lack of enthusiasm for Crooked Hillary is one of her biggest weaknesses, especially amongst bernouts.
Argue that she's a neoconservative, that she's owned by Wallstreet and a part of the "Billionaire Class", argue that she's just as bad as Trump, there's no point even bothering to vote when the options are this bad, she stole the nomination from Bernie, the DNC stole the nomination from Bernie, they betrayed us, the Democrats are bought and paid for by Wallstreet, Hillary bombed libya and helped write NAFTA, etc. etc. etc.
