She's talking about the Dutch colonies, even after they were entirely decolonized in 1975 which was very late compared to other countries, we still had some influences in how things were run up until 2010.
Dutch people generally don't know or don't talk about our colonial times very often which makes it a perfect target for SJWs, feminazis and Socio-liberals to constantly bring it up again and pressure us into feeling bad or agreeing with their arguments.
