The Mozambique is a classic shooting improvement drill from Jeff Cooper's The Modern Technique of the Pistol, which itself has been around long enough to become a classic.
Short version minus the historical background. Two rapid incapacitation shots to the target's chest cavity, followed by a slower well-aimed shot to the brain pan as a finisher.
Also look up the El Presidente shooting drill, the Dozier, and a few others.

The El Presidente drill. Three silhouette targets, 1 meter apart in a line 10 meters from the shooter. The shooter starts with six rounds in a holstered handgun, and a spare magazine or speedloader with another six rounds.
The shooter begins facing directly away from the targets. Upon the starting signal, the shooter turns and draws, fires two shots at each target, reloads, and then fires two more shots at each target.
The Dozier Drill
This drill was invented by Jeff Cooper after the kidnap of Brigadier General James L. Dozier by Italian Red Brigade terrorists. The terrorists had entered General Dozier's apartment by posing as plumbers. As many as eight completed the gang and four or perhaps five entered the apartment. One of the terrorists removed a submachinegun from his bag of tools while another terrorist read a political statement to General Dozier. At that time, US military personnel were prohibited by Italian law from carrying firearms within their areas of accommodation, which were within the local community and not on US bases. General Dozier was unarmed and unable to defend himself.
The range is set with five metal silhouette targets which are hinged at their base (called 'Pepper Poppers') so as to fall backwards when struck. A second participant stands well to one side and is tasked with retrieving a pistol and a magazine from a toolbag, which he must assemble and ready for action. This action mimics the terrorist who retrieved his submachine gun from his toolbag and provides a datum against which the shooter must compare his performance. On the signal, the shooter must draw his pistol and engage the five targets, representing the five terrorists, before the participant representing the terrorist retrieves his weapon and readies it for use.[8]

Not to totally /k/ up the thread, but get on a YouTube channel called Viking Tactics. It's run by a retired Special Forces sergeant major name of Kyle Lamb who now runs a firearms training concern by that name. Has written a couple books, teaches a lot, and has that video channel to support the books. Lots of good drills there.
The Webley was one of a couple thousand reimported out of Africa back in the sixties. A friend of my dad's bought three of them cheap and when he was breaking up his collection, I bought them (and a fuckload else) for what he had in them. This was quite a bargain given the price differential between 1966 and 2004. While I wish it could talk, I have no idea what it did before it spent most of forty years in a cabinet in Maryland before traveling to Tennessee.
Being a good American combat veteran, I have the sort of collection that would have the British government skipping the cops and just sending the Army. Sigh.

Pick up W.E. Fairbairn's book, and a couple by Rex Applegate. They spent much of WWII teaching how to insert objects into people until the blood flowed- and one can do worse than following SOE/OSS guidance on the subject.
